无尘擦拭布广泛应用于精密制造、电子、半导体、光学光电、化学制药、生物科技、食品等行业,适用于10级-1000级、A/B级洁净室。无尘擦拭布可以出色地去除无尘环境微污染物,还能对水或溶剂进行吸收和控制并能够搭配溶剂对无尘室内的产品或设备清洁对于LCD、晶元、PCB、数码相机镜头、相机胶片及光碟等高科技产品的擦拭,不产生尘埃粒子,同时也可以吸附液体及尘埃粒子而达到清洁作用,是无尘环境非常有效的清洁作业工具。

 

 

无尘擦拭布的特性

无尘擦拭布的挑选秘籍

 

一、弄清需要清楚的对象和洁净度的要求。

我们主要清除什么?

①清除一般的油脂手印?

②清除一些残胶?

③清除一般的很容易清除的粉尘?

④清洁的表面硬度如何?

⑤有防止刮花的要求吗?

⑥需要达到的洁净度有多高?

⑦有机硅类的污染物有要求吗?

⑧对于污染离子敏感吗?

 

 

二、确定与所使用的溶剂的相容性

①擦拭布在多大的程度上能够忍耐我们的有机溶剂?

②擦拭材料本身在溶剂中的溶解度有多大?

建议在选择比较好的擦拭布的时候,先查一查溶度参数,擦拭布的溶度参数和溶剂的溶度参数越接近,那么擦拭布越容易被溶剂溶解!

 

三、无尘擦拭布材质选择

无尘擦拭布的材质至关重要,直接影响到擦拭效果。目前市场上主要有以下几种材质:

1.涤锦梭织擦拭布:具有较强的吸水性、去污力和抗磨损性能;去除残胶类脏污能力强。

2.涤纶针织擦拭布:具有更强的吸水性、去污力和抗磨损性能。

3.涤纶超细Fiber knitted wiping cloth(Sub-ultra-fine): The fiber diameter is slightly larger than ultra-fine fibers, with super strong water absorption, stain removal ability, and abrasion resistance.

4. Polyester composite ultra-fine fiber knitted wiping cloth (ultra-fine): It has super strong water absorption, stain removal ability, and abrasion resistance. Its fiber diameter is much smaller than that of traditional cotton cloth fibers, allowing it to penetrate into tiny gaps, effectively removing grease, fingerprints, and other contaminants. After wiping, the solvent dries quickly, making it highly efficient.

 

If the main purpose is to remove grease or fingerprints, the polyester composite ultra-fine fiber dust-free wiping cloth is more suitable, as this type of dust-free wiping cloth has more contact with the surface, resulting in a better wiping effect than ordinary fiber dust-free wiping cloths. If the goal is to remove tightly adhered residual glue, woven dust-free wiping cloths would be more appropriate. If there are requirements regarding organic silicon, the dust-free wiping cloth must not contain organic silicon. For larger dust particles or residual glue, a dust-free wiping cloth made of knitted material with larger pore sizes would be more suitable. The higher the cleanliness requirement for the surface, the more we need to look for high cleanliness dust-free wiping cloths.

 

 

IV. Selection of Edge Sealing Process

The edge sealing process of dust-free wiping cloths has a significant impact on their performance. Unsealed edges can easily shed lint, and after cutting, they cannot be cleaned, resulting in a large amount of fabric debris during wiping, leading to a lack of cleanliness, which is generally not recommended for use. Below are two common edge sealing processes:

1. Laser sealing: Uses a laser beam to heat and melt the edges, fusing the edge material with the substrate to form a strong edge. The downside of this type of dust-free wiping cloth is that the fabric edges are too hard, which can easily scratch sensitive screens or surfaces of electronic devices.

2. Ultrasonic sealing: Achieves the desired effect of ultrasonic processing through the vibrations generated by the ultrasonic transducer (vibrator), which converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. Heat is transferred through the HORN (welding head) and then pressed through the rotating flower wheel (tool). This method results in smooth, secure cuts, accurate edges that do not deform, curl, fray, or wrinkle, and is more durable.

 

 

V. Purification Level of Dust-Free Wiping Cloths:

In different application fields, dust-free workshops have strict grade standards, with cleanliness levels ranging from high to low, generally divided into ten levels, hundred levels, thousand levels, and ten thousand levels. Each level of dust-free workshop should use dust-free consumables of the same level.Dust-free clean consumables.

Typically, the cleanliness of dust-free wiping materials is defined by the following aspects:

1. Dust emission, including airborne particle release (APC) and liquid particle release (LPC). Many people believe that shedding lint is an intolerable issue for dust-free wiping cloths, but this is not the case. On the contrary, shedding lint is a physical property of the dust-free wiping material itself, just varying in the amount of lint shed.

2. Non-volatile residue (NVR) in solvents, usually assessed based on the solvent used. The amount of residue is typically tested using precision weighing equipment, but users can also determine whether the wiping cloth's residue is within acceptable limits by checking if it fogs up (Note: The intensity of the light used for testing can significantly affect the results; under very strong lighting, all wiping cloths will show foggy residues).

3. Ion release, mainly checking for highly active metal ions and non-metal ions. If the surface being wiped contains precision metal materials, it is recommended to consider ion release as an important inspection item, as active ions can easily damage the surface of precision metals through battery reactions.

 

 

VI. Size Selection

The size of dust-free wiping cloths should be chosen based on actual usage needs. Generally, the larger the size, the wider the wiping area, but it is relatively inconvenient to carry and use. Common sizes include:4×4 inches, 6×6 inches, 9×9 inches, 12×12 inches, etc. Other specifications of dust-free wiping cloths can also be custom-made according to customer requirements.
